Do you understand that you should not consume more than 14 units of alcohol a week whilst taking naproxen?

Do you understand that you should not use naproxen at the same time as any other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications in tablet or cream/gel form such as ibuprofen, Voltarol gel, and Ibuleve gel?

Do you agree to speak to your doctor in the following circumstances:

Your pain worsens during treatment You are in severe pain Your pain does not improve within 2-3 days of treatment Your pain is spreading to other areas of your body Your pain is having a significant impact on the quality of your life

Do you agree to seek urgent medical attention if you experience any of the following whilst taking treatment:

Heartburn or indigestion Stomach pain Diarrhoea Nausea Vomiting blood or dark particles Blood or black, tarry poo Frequent sore throats, nose bleeds and infections

Have you ever had a hypersensitivity or allergic reaction to naproxen or any other non steroidal anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen?

Have you ever experienced indigestion from taking any other non steroidal anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen?

Are you pregnant, breastfeeding or planning a pregnancy?

Are you allergic or sensitive to lactose?

Have you ever been advised that non steroidal anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs) such as Naproxen or Ibuprofen are not suitable for you?
